Cel Ventures Limited is in the business of real estate. The company was incorporated with the sole aim of addressing the problem of increased homelessness amongst the citizenry and the dwindling stock of social housing.

This problem, which is fast approaching endemic levels, can be positively addressed by providing social and affordable housing to individuals and families from varied social and economic backgrounds.

With property prices at their current levels, and increasingly beyond the reach of many families on low and modest incomes – the need for private sector leasing to complement the already overstretched housing stock of Government Agencies and Local Authorities is a welcomed sector in modern day Britain.

At Cel Ventures Limited, we like to think of ourselves as being socially minded, with our main focus being the low income and otherwise unspoken for in today's society.

We achieve this by working closely with Local Councils and Housing Associations across the length and breadth of the country.

The pool of our homes is used to complement the Council's, whereby we accept referrals and those otherwise classed as being homeless.

Our homes are choice properties; handpicked and strategically located around socio-economic amenities in their respective districts.

These amenities range from train and bus stations, hospitals and doctors surgeries – to schools, recreational facilities and convenient stores.

This business model goes a long way in ensuring that our residents become promptly settled in our homes and adapt to their new surroundings.
